✅ How licensing works
Once you have installed Liberation on your computer it will run in free mode until you authorize it.
In addition to the number of lasers you can arm, you can also use DMX fixtures. See DMX / Art-Net.
There is also a limit to the number of computers you can authorize Liberation on, depending on your license tier.

Internet connectivity
Liberation's licensing and authorization works over the internet; the app connects to our server to associate an installation with your paid license.
Once your installation is authorized it doesn't need to be online again until your paid license reaches its next payment or paid-until date. You can see this date in the About panel. There is a short grace period (7 days for monthly paid licenses) but it is recommended to go online as soon as possible after that date to make sure your authorization remains active.
The current license tier is also shown in the top bar. Click the tier name, or FREE MODE when unlicensed, to open the About panel.
